1 Enoch (Ge'ez, Maṣḥafa Henok)
ወቀዳሚት፡ ዕለት፡ ሠርቀ፡ ትሰመይ፡ እስመ፡ በይእቲ፡ ዕለት፡ ይትነሣእ፡ ላዕሌሃ፡ ብርሃን።
And on the first day she is called the new moon, for on that day the light rises upon her.
