1 Chr 11:3 Biblical Hebrew / Aramaic Hebrew Bible — 1 Chronicles

וַ֠יָּבֹאוּ כָּל־זִקְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל אֶל־הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ֙ חֶבְר֔וֹנָה וַיִּכְרֹת֩ לָהֶ֨ם דָּוִ֥יד בְּרִ֛ית בְּחֶבְר֖וֹן לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיִּמְשְׁח֨וּ אֶת־דָּוִ֤יד לְמֶ֨לֶךְ֙ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל כִּדְבַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה בְּיַד־שְׁמוּאֵֽל׃ ס

So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, where David made a covenant with them before the LORD. And they anointed him king over Israel, according to the word of the LORD through Samuel.
