וַיִּוָּעַ֣ץ דָּוִ֗יד עִם־שָׂרֵ֧י הָאֲלָפִ֛ים וְהַמֵּא֖וֹת לְכָל־נָגִֽיד׃
Then David conferred with all his leaders, the commanders of hundreds and of thousands.
