Hebrew Bible — 2 Chronicles
וְעַתָּ֗ה בָּחַ֤רְתִּי וְהִקְדַּ֨שְׁתִּי֙ אֶת־הַבַּ֣יִת הַזֶּ֔ה לִהְיוֹת־שְׁמִ֥י שָׁ֖ם עַד־עוֹלָ֑ם וְהָי֨וּ עֵינַ֧י וְלִבִּ֛י שָׁ֖ם כָּל־הַיָּמִֽים׃
For I have now chosen and consecrated this temple so that My Name may be there forever. My eyes and My heart will be there for all time.
