2 Kgs 14:7 Biblical Hebrew / Aramaic Hebrew Bible — 2 Kings

הוּא־הִכָּ֨ה אֶת־אֱד֤וֹם בְּגֵיא־המלח מֶ֨לַח֙ עֲשֶׂ֣רֶת אֲלָפִ֔ים וְתָפַ֥שׂ אֶת־הַסֶּ֖לַע בַּמִּלְחָמָ֑ה וַיִּקְרָ֤א אֶת־שְׁמָהּ֙ יָקְתְאֵ֔ל עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ פ

Amaziah struck down 10,000 Edomites in the Valley of Salt. He took Sela in battle and called it Joktheel, which is its name to this very day.
