Hebrew Bible — Deuteronomy
מִקְצֵ֣ה שָׁלֹ֣שׁ שָׁנִ֗ים תּוֹצִיא֙ אֶת־כָּל־מַעְשַׂר֙ תְּבוּאָ֣תְךָ֔ בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה הַהִ֑וא וְהִנַּחְתָּ֖ בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃
At the end of every three years, bring a tenth of all your produce for that year and lay it up within your gates.
