לְבֻשֵׁ֤י תְכֵ֨לֶת֙ פַּח֣וֹת וּסְגָנִ֔ים בַּח֥וּרֵי חֶ֖מֶד כֻּלָּ֑ם פָּרָשִׁ֕ים רֹכְבֵ֖י סוּסִֽים׃
clothed in blue, governors and commanders, all desirable young men, horsemen mounted on steeds.
