אֱסֹ֤ף נְתָחֶ֨יהָ֙ אֵלֶ֔יהָ כָּל־נֵ֥תַח ט֖וֹב יָרֵ֣ךְ וְכָתֵ֑ף מִבְחַ֥ר עֲצָמִ֖ים מַלֵּֽא׃
Put in the pieces of meat, every good piece— thigh and shoulder— fill it with choice bones.
