מַגִּ֣יד דברו דְּבָרָ֣יו לְיַעֲקֹ֑ב חֻקָּ֥יו וּ֝מִשְׁפָּטָ֗יו לְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
He declares His word to Jacob, His statutes and judgments to Israel.
