אֹֽהֲבַ֨י וְרֵעַ֗י מִנֶּ֣גֶד נִגְעִ֣י יַעֲמֹ֑דוּ וּ֝קְרוֹבַ֗י מֵרָחֹ֥ק עָמָֽדוּ׃
My beloved and friends shun my disease, and my kinsmen stand at a distance.
