אָמַ֣רְתִּי לַֽ֭הוֹלְלִים אַל־תָּהֹ֑לּוּ וְ֝לָרְשָׁעִ֗ים אַל־תָּרִ֥ימוּ קָֽרֶן׃
I say to the proud, ‘Do not boast,’ and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horn.
