וּֽלֲצִיּ֨וֹן יֵאָמַ֗ר אִ֣ישׁ וְ֭אִישׁ יֻלַּד־בָּ֑הּ וְה֖וּא יְכוֹנְנֶ֣הָ עֶלְיֽוֹן׃

And it will be said of Zion: “This one and that one were born in her, and the Most High Himself will establish her.”
