Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees
Δωσίθεος δὲ καὶ Σωσίπατρος, τῶν περὶ τὸν Μακκαβαῖον ἡγεμόνων, ἐξοδεύσαντες τοὺς ὑπὸ Τιμοθέου ἀπώλεσαν καταλειφθέντας ἐν τῷ ὀχυρώματι, πλείους τῶν μυρίων ἀνδρῶν·
But Dositheus, and Sosipater, who were captains with Machabeus, slew them that were left by Timotheus in the hold, to the number of ten thousand men.
