LXX 2 Macc 3:5 Ancient Greek Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees
καὶ νικῆσαι τὸν Ὀνίαν μὴ δυνάμενος, ἦλθεν πρὸς Ἀπολλώνιον Θρασαίου, τὸν κατʼ ἐκεῖνον τὸν καιρὸν Κοίλης Συρίας καὶ Φοινίκης στρατηγόν.
And when he could not overcome Onias, he went to Apollonius, the son of Tharseas, who at that time was governor of Celesyria, and Phenicia:
