LXX 2 Macc 4:13 Ancient Greek Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees
ἧυ δʼ οὕτως ἀκμὴ τοῦ Ἑλληνισμοῦ καὶ πρόσβασις ἀλλοφυλισμοῦ διὰ τὴν τοῦ ἀσεβοῦς καὶ οὐκ ἀρχιερέως Ἰάσονος ὑπερβάλλουσαν ἀναγνείαν,
Now this was not the beginning, but an increase, and progress of heathenish and foreign manners, through the abominable and unheard of wickedness of Jason, that impious wretch, and no priest.
