LXX 2 Macc 4:44 Ancient Greek Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees
καταντήσαντος δὲ τοῦ βασιλέως εἰς Τύρον, ἐπʼ αὐτοῦ τὴν δικαιολογίαν ἐποιήσαντο οἱ πεμφθέντες τρεῖς ἄνδρες ὑπὸ τῆς γερουσίας.
And when the king was come to Tyre, three men were sent from the ancients to plead the cause before him.
