LXX 2 Macc 5:11 Ancient Greek Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees
Προσπεσόντων δέ τῷ βασιλεῖ περὶ τῶν γεγονότων, διέλαβεν ἀποστάτιν τὴν Ἰουδαίαν· ὅθεν ἀναζεύξας ἐξ Αἰγύπτου τεθηριωμένος τῇ ψυχῇ, ἔλαβεν τὴν μέν πόλιν δοριάλωτον.
Now when these things were done, the king suspected that the Jews would forsake the alliance: whereupon departing out of Egypt with a furious mind, he took the city by force of arms,
