LXX Lam 4:10

Ἰώδ. Χεῖρες γυναικῶν οἰκτειρμόναων ἥψησαν τὰ παιδία αὐτῶν, ἐγενήθησαν εἰς βρῶσιν αὐταῖς ἐν τῷ συντρίμματι τῆς θυγατρὸς λαοῦ μου.

The hands of compassionate women have cooked their own children, who became their food in the destruction of the daughter of my people.
