إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Lo! those for whom the word of thy Lord (concerning sinners) hath effect will not believe,
