Qur'an 15:4 Classical Arabic The Qur'an

وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ

And We destroyed no township but there was a known decree for it.
