Qur'an 21:27 Classical Arabic The Qur'an

لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ

They speak not until He hath spoken, and they act by His command.
