The Qur'an
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ
And Lo! in the Source of Decrees, which We possess, it is indeed sublime, decisive.
