Qur'an 70:41 Classical Arabic The Qur'an

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun.
