LXX 2 Macc 11:13 Ancient Greek Septuagint (Swete) — 2 Maccabees

οὐκ ἄνους δὲ ὑπάρχων, πρὸς ἑαυτὸν ἀντιβάλλων τὸ γεγονὸς περὶ αὐτὸν ἐλάττωμα καὶ συννοήσας ἀνικήτους εἶναι τοὺς Ἐβραίους, τοῦ δυναμένου θεοῦ συμμαχοῦντος αὐτοῖς, προσαποστείλας

And as he was a man of understanding, considering with himself the loss he had suffered, and perceiving that the Hebrews could not be overcome, because they relied upon the help of the Almighty God, he sent to them:
